 Paper feeding unit:

Roller leading edge paper feeding system with extended paper feeding function, stable system and high paper feeding accuracy.

· Adsorption fan assists paper feeding, and the air volume is adjusted by frequency to ensure smooth feeding of curved cardboard. Suitable for 3, 5, 7 pressed corrugated board.

· The front bezel is manually adjusted, the dial is displayed, and it is directly convenient.

· The left and right side baffles are individually electrically adjusted and digitally displayed. Automatically pat the device.

· Manual adjustment of the tailgate is simple and convenient.

· Double conveyor roller mechanism, the first group of paper feed rollers adopt floating structure, and the pressure can be adjusted by spring force. The gap is manually adjusted, the dial is displayed, and the adjustment range is 1 to 12 mm.

• A brush at the entrance of the paper feed roller to remove impurities from the cardboard surface. A dust mechanism is arranged between the two paper feed rollers for sucking away impurities on the surface of the paperboard to improve the printing quality.

Printing unit:

· Printing roller: cylinder, surface grinding, hard chrome plating. Diligent balance correction, stable links.

· Use computer touch screen or electronic control, frequency adjustment for phase and axial adjustment. The axial adjustment range is 20mm.

· Ratchet fixed roller shaft. The full version of the slotted loading and unloading plate, the electronic control of the foot switch is the opposite.

• Manually adjust the gap of the pressure roller and display the label. The adjustment range is 4~12mm.

· Rubber roller ink system. The surface of the steel pipe is covered with wear-resistant rubber, and the medium and high special grinding. The gap is electrically adjustable and digitally displayed with an adjustment range of 0 to 6 mm. (optional: scratching) Ink system Grinding anilox rolls: Independent motorized idler wheels ensure no ink during shutdown. Network cable: 160 to 500 optional. (optional: ceramic mesh roll)

• The paper tab can be moved and locked quickly. (optional: full vacuum delivery system)

Slotting device:

· Pre-pressure roller device: electric connecting rod slotting, pressing line and pre-pressing are completed once.

· Electric adjustment of the length, width, height and folding of the carton, digital display.

• Manually adjust the pressure of the pressure roller and the dial shows the adjustment value.

· Slotting knife thickness 7mm, alloy steel material, tortuous heat treatment toothed grinding, sharp edges, high precision.

The slotted phase is adjusted by a computer electric value of 360 degrees.

· Add a hand hole mold base.

• The chain control switch is installed in the slotted section to achieve an emergency stop, stop or resume paper feed.


Die cutting unit:

· Rubber padded steel cylinder, dynamic balance correction, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

· The axial movement adopts automatic swimming device with a moving distance of 40mm.

· The pad roller adopts the speed difference automatic compensation device to correct the die-cutting deviation caused by the wear of the polyester ring.

· Die-cut clearance adjustment, digital display, adjustment range +9mm.

· Die-cutting roll steel, dynamic balance correction, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

· Die-cut phase and axial adjustment using computer touch screen control or electric control, frequency conversion adjustment. The axial adjustment range is 20mm.

· The paper feed roller gap is manually adjusted, the sign is displayed, and the adjustment range is 1~12mm.

· The rubber pad roller is turned and flattened to keep the surface of the rubber pad flat and prolong the service life of the rubber pad.

· Automatic discharge device can smoothly discharge the slotted part and the die-cutting part corner.
